Ensuring customers provide relevant information and confirm they understand and agree to existing rules, the salon management software allows businesses to create new forms from scratch or choose from existing templates catered to their services, such as media consent, barbershop, beauty salon, hair salon, or nail salon.
While creating a new form, beauty professionals can select what information is needed from the following categories:
1. Client information (name, date of birth, phone number)
2. Health information (allergies, medical conditions, medication)
3. Treatment consent (patch test, risk consent)

Based on the responses, the salon management system will automatically ask for more details, so there’s no missing information regarding medical conditions, medication, or allergies.
Once a new consent form is created, or a template is chosen, salons will be able to select the services it applies to and create multiple versions of the document, each assigned to the right treatments.
Documents can be configured with expiration dates set according to internal rules, and businesses can use the Preview function to experience the entire flow before a form becomes available to clients:

Once a booking has been created and a consent form has been associated with that specific service, the process becomes automatic, with clients receiving the documents by email 48 hours before their appointment. Beauty businesses can also complete forms with clients in-salon, ensuring everything is understood and agreed upon. Once a consent form gets signed, the document remains accessible within the salon booking system. Signed forms can also be downloaded as PDF files and shared whenever needed.

- Clients receive a confirmation email with a copy of the signed PDF when an email address is saved to their profile
- Salons can deactivate forms they no longer want to send
- The Archive option allows businesses to remove documents from the Forms list while still keeping them on record
