WalkingPad, a home fitness equipment brand, has announced the availability of its KingSmith WalkingPad X218 Foldable Treadmill, designed to provide running performance and a spacious workout area while offering a foldable design for homes where floor space is limited.

The X218 is equipped with a 5.25 HP brushless motor and reaches speeds of up to 11.5 mph (18 km/h), allowing users to walk, jog or run from home. The treadmill is designed to accommodate different workout intensities, giving users flexibility to adjust their pace according to their individual routines.
The treadmill's running deck folds in half, while its side handrails can also be folded away. Once folded, the X218 can be stored in an upright position, helping users reclaim floor space in living rooms, home offices and other multipurpose areas. Built-in transport wheels make it easier to reposition the treadmill when needed.
The X218 features a 55.1-inch by 20-inch (1400 * 510 mm) running area and supports users weighing up to 300 pounds (136 kg). Its SoftStep™ cushioning system is designed to provide additional comfort during workouts, while side handrails offer additional support. A safety key is also included to stop the running belt if it becomes detached from the treadmill.
For workout control, the X218 includes a SpeedDial™ control knob and speed shortcut keys. Its display provides workout information, while a dynamic light bar offers additional visual feedback. The treadmill includes 11 preset workout programs and target-based modes, allowing users to choose structured workouts or customize their sessions.
The X218 also connects with the free KS Fit app, enabling users to review workout history, track progress and create training plans without a subscription. NFC quick connect allows users to access the app by tapping a compatible phone on the treadmill's panel. Apple Watch support through KS Fit can provide heart-rate information when compatible devices are correctly paired.
A built-in phone and tablet holder allows users to view workout content or entertainment while exercising. The treadmill arrives fully assembled, allowing users to unpack and prepare it for use by following the safety instructions in the user manual.
